Damaged Books
Books you have received in damaged condition will be credited in full if returned within 30 days from invoice date with invoice information and copies returned.
Short Shipments
Short shipments must be claimed within 30 days and should also reference our invoice number.
Returns
Books purchased on a returnable basis directly from off cover, may be returned, for off cover credit only, with no prior authorization.
Please note that we can only accept returns for titles currently in print and from publishers we currently distribute. Full credit will be allowed for books returned in salable condition with original discount and invoice information. If no invoice or discount information is provided, credit will be issued at 50% of retail. Please note books received in damaged condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
